Delivery

The products are shipped by DHL Express Worldwide in 2-5 business days from the receipt of the order (orders received after 14:00 are processed the next day). In case of conditions beyond our control (legal holidays, technical defects, calamities) delivery may be delayed but not more than 30 days from the date of order confirmation. If it exceeds this term, the order can be canceled.

The delivery cost starts from 15 EUR/ order and depends on the country of destination and volume/weight of the parcel. The exact amount will be displayed in your shopping cart before placing the order.Orders with value exceeding 300 EUR have free delivery cost.

Upon completion of the order you will receive an email notification with package identification number.

Please note that when orderring from outside European Union custom duties may apply.

Modify or cancel the order

1. The possibility to cancel an order or delivery is available in your customer account, section "My orders" if the order has not been dispatched
2. The Seller may cancel the Order placed by the Buyer, following a prior notification addressed to the Buyer, without any subsequent obligation of any party to the other or without any party being able to claim damages from the other in the following cases:
   1. Failure to accept the transaction by the issuing bank of the Buyer's card, in case of online payment;
   2. invalidation of the transaction by the card processor approved by Barefoot Shoes SRL, in case of online payment;
   3. the data provided by the Buyer on the Site are incomplete and / or incorrect;
   4. If a Good ordered by the Buyer cannot be delivered by the Seller, the latter will inform the Buyer on this fact and will return, in case the payment was made in advance, to the Buyer's account the equivalent value of the Good within maximum 7 (seven) days from the date on which the Seller became aware of this fact or from the date on which the Buyer expressly expressed his intention to terminate the Contract.
