Return Policy

1. Items purchased with standard options can be returned by a courier company at your choice within 30 days of product delivery for a full return minus shipping cost. The transport costs related to the return will be borne by the Customer.
2. Please complete the Return Form online before proceeding with the postage.

3. Products for return will be sent to: Barefoot Shoes SRL, 4-6 Ardealului street, 307160 Dumbravita, Timis, Romania.  Phone: +40722211151.

4. The items must be unworn (new), without any usage marks and in their original packaging. You must protect the shoes box by placing it inside a wrap or another box before adding the delivery label. If the returned products show visible signs of wear / tear, are damaged, are not returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, we reserve the right to decide to accept the return or to stop an amount of the value of the product, amount what will be communicated to you after evaluating the condition of the product.
5. Please allow us maximum 14 days to process your return once we have recieved it. For orders paid by card, the amount will be returned by refunding the account from which the payment was made.

       6. The initial shipping cost, as well as the return cost, shall not be transferred except in cases where a different, incomplete or non-compliant product has been delivered to you; if you find yourself in one of these mentioned cases, you must contact us immediately by email at office@dodoshoes.ro, attaching relevant pictures with the problem found.
